Third House helps fast-growth businesses build the leadership capability to match their ambition. Founded by Rebecca Morley, they work with some of the most exciting companies around such as Heinz, Monzo, Volvo, Swyft - designing leadership development programmes that actually stick.

For years, people had been telling Rebecca the same thing: you should have a podcast. And they were right. The depth of conversation that happens inside Third House's work - the lessons, the honest reflections, the hard-won wisdom from founders navigating rapid growth - was exactly the kind of content an audience of ambitious leaders would want to hear.
The Third Seat was built to bring those conversations into the open. Named for the feeling of pulling up a chair and listening in to a brilliant leadership conversation you'd otherwise never get to hear, the show arrived as a fully formed, beautifully produced debut season - and promptly charted in the UK's Top 100 Entrepreneurship Shows.
Rebecca came to Podcast Labs as a referral from an existing client - which is always the best kind of introduction. She had a clear vision for what the podcast could do: generate fresh, thought-provoking content for Third House's marketing channels, demonstrate the depth of their expertise and expand her network in a way that felt natural rather than transactional.
What she needed was someone to help shape that vision into a show.
We spent significant time together working through every detail - the aims and objectives, the target audience, the format, the guest strategy and crucially, how to turn great conversations into genuine business relationships. The name "The Third Seat" emerged from those early sessions: the idea of a listener being invited to sit in on a conversation they'd never normally have access to. It felt exactly right.
From there we produced a beautiful video trailer - visually striking, audience-focused and built to create anticipation before a single episode had aired. Audio hosting, music licensing, teaser content and social channel setup all followed, giving the show a proper launch rather than a quiet upload.
For The Third Seat, production quality and in-person connection were non-negotiable. Rebecca's guests - founders of fast-growth companies - needed to feel genuinely engaged, not just interviewed. So we sourced a beautiful central London studio that matched the Third House aesthetic perfectly and was fast and easily accessible for attracting the best guests with busy schedules. Every episode was captured in 4K, with stunning visuals and screenshots used across all of Third House's marketing channels.
The episode format balanced guest interviews with something we suggested early on: reflection episodes. After every three guest interviews, Rebecca and her co-founder Trina would sit down together to unpack the key learnings from those conversations. Those episodes became some of the highest-performing of the series - rich with Third House's own thinking and completely distinct from anything guest-led content alone could produce.
Podcast Labs also supported with guest sourcing and research. When we secured Stripe & Stare, a brand Rebecca had identified as a genuine dream client, the reaction made the whole process worthwhile. That's the kind of outcome a well-run podcast strategy is designed to create - and it's exactly why we take guest sourcing as seriously as production.
Every episode landed with short-form clips cut for Instagram and LinkedIn, tagged to guests who then shared them with their own networks. The show grew its reach with every episode - not just through listens, but through the relationships it built along the way.

The Third Seat is a show that does exactly what a great B2B podcast should: it builds genuine relationships, demonstrates real expertise and creates content that keeps working long after the recording session ends. Rebecca is a natural host with a gift for drawing out the best in her guests - and we're proud to have built the platform that lets that talent shine.
Season two is on the horizon. We've saved you a seat.
"We want to give a huge shoutout to Kelly, Andy and the team at Podcast Labs, who are the people behind it all. From day one, they’ve been unbelievably efficient, organised, and completely on it. They make the whole process feel effortless, which, as anyone who’s tried to launch something knows… is no small feat. More than that, they’re just great people to work with - supportive, responsive, and fully invested in making it a success, because... They care! So thanks guys, we couldn’t have done it without you. Thank you for making it all happen 🎙️"
